Refund policy

Although Pritzy Fitz strives toward complete satisfaction, we understand that is not always the case. In the (hopefully) unlikely event you're not satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us. We want to make sure you're happy.

 All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Returns sent back after this time will not be honored. A Credit will be issued to the credit card used for purchase in the amount of the sale minus the shipping charges. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to show up on your account. All merchandise returned must be unworn, smoke free, no perfume, and in its original, and resaleable condition. All Sales are Final For Personalized and Custom Orders.. Due to the nature of our "Custom Made to Order" products, we do not give refunds,or exchanges. However, under certain circumstances we can accommodate our customers if the situation is necessary.  All sales are final for earrings unless a defect due to our workmanship. Sale merchandise will be final sale, no exceptions. We highly recommend insuring the package in case it gets lost or damaged on the way back to us.

Buyer is responsible for shipping orders back to PritzyFitz. Shipping is non refundable.
If there is a defect due to our workmanship we will replace for you. simply return it with all original pieces and packaging and we will replace it and ship it back to you at no additional cost. All returns must have
